Describe the Bug

Barges from LittleLogistics are duped while sitting on seats at the moment when the train is assembled or disassembled.
(it happens because these barges are implemented as a mob, but it should not sit)

Reproduction Steps

  1. Build any train with seats (do not assemble)
  2. Put barges on seats
  3. Assemble the train (at this point the dupe happens)
  4. Disassemble the train (at this point the dupe happens too)

Expected Result

Barges should not sit on seats (it can be a good and useful solution not only for this case: #4100),
or should not be duplicated
