Cannot see some blocks in the creative inventory

Describe the Bug
blocks such as arms, plows, and other things do not appear in the create tab in the game, they can be found in the search area and are shown in JEI, but they are also not anywhere else.
Reproduction Steps
- install create in 1.19.2
- install create crafts & additions and all dependencies
- install immersive engineering and dependencies
