Trains are seemingly immoveable on server

Describe the Bug
I play on a Valhelsia 5 server with some friends, and I wanted to make a rail system with the cool trains in Create. Tried the stuff out in a singleplayer world, and it worked flawlessly, but once I tried building trains on the server, the train station suddenly was giving me errors when trying to assemble the trains, errors that I didn't get on the singleplayer world.
The errors state that there's an Unmoveable Block in the train, and what that block is varies depending on the train setup. Sometimes it's a wood plank block, sometimes it's a block of deepslate, but most consistently it says that the Small Bogey itself is unmoveable, which is very weird since that thing's whole purpose is to move.
I tested out an identical train setup on my singleplayer world and the server, and it seemed to prove that something was going wrong on the server. The train had no issue assembling in the singleplayer world, but on the server it kept saying the Small Bogey is Unmoveable.
I had one of my friends check the create config to see if there was some option that made trains unmoveable, but they couldn't find anything. I'm not sure what the deal is here, I just wanna make trains
Reproduction Steps
- Assemble a train at a train station with one bogey, two blocks connected to each side, and have a seat and train controls on the top, then Super Glue the parts together.
- Check the Train Station and try to Assemble the train.
Expected Result
On my singleplayer world it assembled just fine but it gave me the unmoveable block error on the server.

Figured it out, the server’s claim mod was the issue. Tried making a train in an unclaimed area and it worked.**
