Update ae2 compatability recipes to match the new certus quartz and other crystal mechanics introduced with the 1.19.2 AE2 update.

• The drilling issue laid out in this original Issue should probs be submitted as a bug, whereas this is more of an update.

PR was created here to update all of the AE2 recipes: #4117
Balance is the same as crafting but with a small bonus or using a grinding wheel when crushing certus quartz.
You guys might want to review for balance but I've been playing with these changes locally for a while and they seem G2G

Have tried modifying this to fit the forge format, but this will deffo need a once-over to make sure this meets your guy's coding standards etc.
Note: Haven't tested these with the forge version of the mod coz I play on the Fabric version and initially only planned on fixing locally.
