create 0.5 crashes forge

Describe the Bug
No matter what create 0.5 1.19.2 always crashes on startup with forge before the menu loads.
i've tried 0.5f (latest) and 0.5e
i've tried different versions of forge including the one that 0.5f says it shouldnt crash on startup
