Cant launch 1.19.2

Describe the Bug
When launching Create with 1.19.2 With Optifine Installed it gives me a wierd error.
Flywheel and Create and missing some files.
Reproduction Steps
I dont know how to reproduce the bug but it happens to me.
Expected Result
Umm I thought Minecraft would launch with create.

Nevermind I was using the Wrong version but when I use the right version it just crashes.
