I got the same issue, I think there's some compatibility issue with Immersive Engineering. I haven't been able to get the two to work together.

It seems like the game want to do something with the block, but it's not registered. It could be caused, because of a failure in the RegistryEvent.

Look into the discussion in that issue, people pointed out quite a few mods that can cause this.
Also please post your full mod-list so the devs can try to cross reference the potential culprit :)
