Describe the Suggestion

As the title says, train tracks should be explosion proof, at least for mob explosions. When riding a train through the nether, ghast fireballs end up hitting the rails, breaking the route. If there was a config option for this or something, I would be able to save the rails but still keep mob griefing on for everything else.
