0.5.0g cannot be loaded in 1.18.2 due to a dependancy on a version of Flywheel that isn't available

Describe the Bug
v 0.5.0g of Create is looking for Flywheel v 0.6.8. However, the most recent version of Flywheel available is 0.6.5 at https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/flywheel/files or https://modrinth.com/mod/flywheel/versions .
Reproduction Steps
Install 0.5.0g. Minecraft fails to load due to missing dependancy.
Expected Result
Either the dependancy for Create should be 0.6.5, or v 0.6.8 of Flywheel needs to be made available.

It looks like there is still a dependancy problem with the latest Flywheel and Create versions installed. I'm getting a java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null error tryng to load with both new versions swapped in.
