Describe the Suggestion

Currently filters don't use items from your inventory so they are essentially a ghost block meaning they can't be picked up, rearranged, and in the case of filters in filters, edited. Personally I feel like the filter should act more like a chest where you put an item in and can come back to it later and pick an item up. Perhaps this could be made into a config value so server's can pick and choose which way they prefer?
