[Bug] Worldshaper wireframe(?) creates enormous lag on big sizes, and gets exponentially laggier

When big size is set for Worldshaper, game becomes laggy with wireframe. I think this is a bug because FPS falls exponentially lowers. 20x20x20 is 8000 blocks 25x25x25 is 15625 blocks, its quite a difference, but if its not possible to optimize, calculations may be delayed, so (I assume so) they don't execute each frame/tick
Can confirm. Pie shows that it's something with tick
as it constantly consumes more and more of processing power.
