Suggestion: Boiler Thermal Delay

Describe the Suggestion
I feel that boilers should have a "thermal delay". Basicly, if you heat a boiler, it shouldn't imeadiatly cool off if the heat source disapears.
For isntance, let's say I have a boiler powered by 9 super-charged blaze-burners. Well, they will eventually run out of fuel, and even at max RPM, it still takes time for the blaze-burner to be re-charged. During that time, the boiler is running at sub-optimal levels. However, things that use boiling take time to cool off, so what I suggest is: when the heat source dies, it has 5 seconds before it counts as being out. That gives you 5 seconds to re-fuel it, preventing that annoying power occilation.

Additional Context
So, I power my entire base via mega-boilers. But, the only way to remove that oscillation (right now) is to use "Straws" from Create Crafts & Additions, and then pipe in lava. That, however, means I can't super-charge them using blaze-cakes, and have to download another mod.
This would remove that. Of course, that straw thing is cool, so maybe you should add that too... and use something like "Blaze Fuel"
An alternative option to prevent oscillation is to use a simple "Inventory". I feel, however, they are best if combined!
