Describe the Bug

I am working with a small-ish personal modpack centered around Create. I was working in a creative flat world to make a complex factory, and had to move one of my contraptions to fit a new design. It included a 2x3 and a 3x3 crafter. I used the blueprint system to copy and paste the machine, rotated by 90 degrees. Now, parts of the crafters that were linked are now only linked vertically, and their links cannot be changed. Additionally, the bugged crafter blocks no longer display items and appear to simply eat them when provided with an arm/funnel or by right clicking. Removing the crafters and placing new ones, rotating them, and other such methods did not resolve the issue. It's like there's an invisible block entity in their places that will no longer accept changes, thus preventing a new crafter from being used.

Reproduction Steps

1. Copy an array of connected and unconnected crafters with Schematic & Quill
2. Paste the machine, rotated by 90 degrees
3. Attempt to interact with/change/replace the crafters that were connected

Expected Result

Schematic-placed crafters should behave as normal. Ghost blockentities should not be left behind.

I had the exact same problem. It only worked after I moved the crafters one block foward.
I was playing in the modpack Create: Above and Beyond.
