Game crash when minecraft is trying to load too many things at once

Describe the Bug
For some reason minecraft started crashing after a small lag like joining a server.
It only happens with create and reinstalling minecraft didn't help.
I can still play large modpacks or vanilla without any problem, it's just create.
The code after a crash is -1073740940 or sometimes 1.
The crash is constantly happening when I try to join a server even though my friends have no problem.
Reproduction Steps
- Have my PC
- Join a server or play for 5 minutes
- Crash
