Filters will not work with anything except a filter item

Describe the Bug

whenever I click on a filter for an (ex: brass funnel) it will always just not appear and not work when I test it out. The exception to this is when it comes to the filter item that will always work.

Reproduction Steps

  1. get a brass funnel
  2. try to put a non-placeable block into the filter
  3. also install the 0.5g installation of create
    ...

I expect the filter to work

This is caused by a model loading regression in Forge. Forge 43.2.3 fixed it, so updating will also fix this issue.
