Describe the Bug

The portable storge interface(psi) isn't working right on trains,item's won't deliver onto train

Reproduction Steps

1. place a train station,assemble a train with a psi on it
2. place a psi on the ground,make sure it can connect regularly
3. use a Blaze burner to drive the train, let it approach the track station
4. the train would approach and stop regularly,but the psi on the ground won't reach the one on the train
5. use a mechanical belt and a brass funnel to try tranfer items and it won't work
   ...
   (note: reproduce it on a server,but it would still work on singleplayer)

Expected Result

the item would get on into the train
