Clockwork Bearing minute hand wrong default spot

Describe the Bug

The minute hand 0 spot is at the bottom, not at the top.

Reproduction Steps

1.Make a clock with the minute hand and the hour hand
2. Set a full hour (ex. /time set 9000)

Expected Result

The minute hand is at the bottom, while it should be at the top obviously

Try to disassemble the contraptions by right-clicking the bearing and check that both clock hands are facing upwards when disassembled. AFAIK, the clockwork bearing treats the assembling position of each hand as facing up.
