[Config Menu] Editing Server-Side-Common Config of Other Mods

The Create mod config menu lets me configure server-config from in-game without having to open my remote software (usually, especially if I don't need to restart the server), however the other day I tried modifying a mod's config which only has a common type config file. What I've observed is that it modified my client's own common config instead of the server's, and there isn't a way to specify which side I want to modify.
For reference, I was attempting to increase the Mega Torch radius from the Torchmaster mod from the Create config menu.
