Problems with redstone link

Describe the Bug
The redstone link can't switch off the redstone torch when received a short pulse signal at some position, but it can work at further distance.
Reproduction Steps
- Use linked controller to link frequency A that is directly connected to frequency B link.
- Attach the redstone link (Frequency B) on a block with a redstone torch on top of the block and make it the to receiving mode.
- Use linked controller to trigger frequency A link so that it triggers frequency B link to switch off the redstone torch. Trigger and release ASAP to make a short pulse of signal.
- There will be somewhere the redstone torch will not be triggered to switch off depends on where the set up of the frequency B link and redstone torch placed even though within the receiving range.
Expected Result
Hopes can fix it so that the redstone link (received mode) can works well in every position within the range.
