Describe the Suggestion

A variant of the Smart Chute with the functionality of a Hopper. Items can enter from the top, and exit through an (aim-able) side.

In general, it would have the same features as a Smart Chute.

1. Moves an entire stack at once.
2. Has a single inventory slot.
3. Has a filter which restricts which items can enter its inventory.

In addition, it would be "aim-able" like a Hopper, allowing items to be sent out a side, rather than the bottom.

Additional Context

The reason I would like this block is to allow item handling to be optimized - While belts do a fine job of moving items horizontally, when all you need to do is connect two components of a machine, using belts seem to be overly complex - 2 funnels, 2 shafts, 1 belt, and a rotation source - plus all of the FPS drop that comes along with them.
