Describe the Bug

I have a setup with a belt, a content observer, a clutch and a chute(but it doesn't matter what item extraction method I use, even if it's a pipe from Pipez the bug is still present). The content observer is facing a corner of the belt. Some items are coming from opposite corner. When an item reaches the content observer sends a redstone signal to clutch and stops the belt, the chute under the belt extracts all the items that are in front of content observer, but, with no items there, the content observers remains on and a shadow of the items is visible on the belt. If I right-click there the shadow disappear and the content observer is turned off.

Reproduction Steps

1. Setup a line of automation using a belt, a content observer, a clutch and a chute
2. Throw at least 2 pieces of an item on the belt.

Expected Result

After the items were taken by the chute, content observer should have turned off but it doesn's.
