PneumaticCraft: Repressurized Tube Module Block Entities cause Schematic Failure

Describe the Bug
The Tube Module block entities cause Schematics to fail to print and additionally will permanently crash the game when used with a Schematic Cannon.
It appears to me that its attempting to promote the Schematic to world level due to the block entities but that's just my guess.

Reproduction Steps
- Create the following scenario containing PNC:R tubes with tube modules
- Save the Schematic plan with the Schematic and Quill
- Craft your Schematic at the Schematic Table
- Attempt to print the Schematic (it will fail to print)
- Attempt to use a Schematic Cannon with the Schematic (it will crash the game, permanently)
Expected Result
The Schematic should be printed as prepared.
