Describe the Bug

When placing long tracks which are either going up or down a hill, they turn invisible. More precisely, it's the smooth slope which you can create whilst sneaking to connect the slope. The track comes back into view when you get closer to the centre of the slope or the beginning of it.

This may be due to running a shader pack and a resource pack whilst using this mod. It also doesn't affect straight flat tracks or non-smooth sloped tracks, only smooth sloped tracks.

Reproduction Steps

1. Launch Minecraft 1.19.2
2. Create a sloped track and hold the sneak button to make it a smoother slope.
3. Go a small distance (Normally about 10 blocks) away from the slope to see it disappear.
   ...

Expected Result

The smooth sloped track should always be visible within the render distance.
