Describe the Bug

After pouring a bit of liquid out of pipes it seems to be a 1 mb of this liquid in air.

Reproduction Steps

Screenshots 1 and 2 are the setup.
To make it "work" we place motor - liquid passes up to the valve (3). Then we open it and liquid starts pouring out (4). Close the valve (5). After that place motor in another position (6) - and after that liquid starts to flow out of nowhere from the end of the pipe (7).
If this "phantom" liquid reaches any empty tank - it appears that in was a 1 mb of the liquid. It seems that there is a "block" of this liquid which is used to give effects by pouring potionson a player, because this desappears aftef placing any block in front of the pipe
It works with every liquid. Even with a water and lava if you dond open valve long enough to make a source.

Expected Result

I think that 1 mb of liquid should be deleted wiout ability of sucking it in back.
