Allow redstone to control a chute/smart chute, or alternately, add a damper item

Describe the Suggestion

Chutes are great. But sometimes it'd be nice to disable them. So I suggest allowing a redstone signal to disable a chute. Alternately, you could introduce a "damper" item, like a chimney damper. No redstone signal = damper is open, it allows items through like a chute or smart chute. Redstone signal = damper is closed, nothing goes through.

Thanks, I missed that in the wiki. A damper would still make a nice andesite-level item to be used in conjunction with regular chutes.
