Deployer on Resourceful Bees Hive only Yields Vanilla Combs

Describe the Bug

Play Enigmatica 6 Expert and trying to set up an automation for Resourceful Bees.

Currently in a test creative world I have a deployer using a set of shears on a tiered hive with 6 diamond bees. When the deployer uses the shears on the hive it only yields vanilla minecraft honey combs instead of the diamond combs I would expect. Using the shears in my hand works as expected.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Equip deployer with shears
  2. Activate deployer to use the shears on the tiered hive from Resourceful Bees
  3. Once the hive is full of combs, the deployer uses the shears on the hive and only harvests vanilla honey combs

Expected Result

The hive is full of diamond bees for testing purposes. I would expect that when the deployer uses the shears on the full hive it would harvest the diamond combs. When I equip the shears to the player, the hives work as expected.
