Describe the Bug

When I was useing superglue to glue my train, thanks to the small area, I need to use spectator mode to cross train,but the superglue was in my main hand, so I find that You can still ues glue.

Reproduction Steps

1.opem a world and build someting,prepare a superglue,put in in mainhand
2.ues F3+F4 to change it into spectator mode
3.use it like you are using it in creative mode
4.change your gamemode back to ceative mode
...

Expected Result

you can't use super glue,it won't reponse to mouse R-click
