Describe the Bug

When returning to the overworld from the nether, the game will crash in some locations. I have found one portal in my world that always crashes me - other portals elsewhere in the world work as intended. From the crash log, I'm guessing it has something to do with the blockstate of belts.

1.Build a number of belts and put items on them
2.Go through nether portal to nether, then return
3.If game does not crash, build more and repeat
