Having the ability to set a receiver freq in a way such that i can set freq#1 to a block and freq#2 to a wildcard so that any transmitter with the same freq#1 will send a signal to this redstone link.

This is especially useful for setups involving cobbleworks where I can have my cobbleworks main clutch / miner turn on if any of the redstone links sending out signals for specific blocks to be made turns on.
