Crash when using freshly placed display board

Describe the Bug
If a display board is used before the block entity is fully initialized (laggy server, or clicking really fast), manual text application will fail with a index out of bounds.
Reproduction Steps
- get autoclicker or macro, or a laggy server
- place and immediately use a display board
- crash
Expected Result
not crashing
