Describe the Bug

When birch leaves are separated from its log, a visual bug causes the leaves to have a glass texture. This occurred when I chopped a birch tree at the start of my world.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Obtain axe.
  2. Chop down a birch tree with said axe.
  3. Leaves turn to glass. (Visually)
    ...

Expected Result

Realistically, I expect my leaves to remain leaves and not turn to glass.
