Engineer's Goggles don't function as a curio when there are multiple Head curio slots

Describe the Bug
When there are multiple Head curio slots, the Engineer's Goggles will only work when in the topmost one.
Reproduction Steps
- Run the command
/curios add head @p - Place the Engineer's Goggles in the lower of the two Head curio slots.
- Look at something that should bring up the goggles UI.
Expected Result
Goggles UI to appear no matter which Head slot the goggles are in

This seems to be caused by this line here:
Since it picks out specifically the first Head slot, only the first Head slot works.
