Describe the Bug

The bug occured on our SMP server where I was attempting to make a gantry crane. I had a rope pulley structure make of top slabs (spruce wood), and it was pulled all the way up to the rope pulley device. I had the gantry pulling the rope pulley and its attached structure towards a platform I had made out of bottom slabs (deep slate).

Upon the spruce top slabs colliding with the deep slate bottom slabs, the server immediately closed and did not automatically reboot.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a rope pulley with attached top slab structure, then attach the rope pulley to a gantry
2. Retract the gantry until it collides with a bottom slab platform that juts out past the start of the gantry shafts.
3. Do not attempt to stop the gantry using a clutch or anything.
   ...

Expected Result

Expected: Gantry stops moving as its attached structure has collided with solid terrain.

Actual: Server hard crash
