Players can get infinity items by destroying blocks in residence with Wrench

Describe the Bug
I'm using a bukkit plugin Residence on my server. When player (who has no permission to destroy blocks in the residence) destroy blocks in the residence with wrench (create:wrench), the block won't disappear but the player get the block (item). So players can get infinity item by using this bug.
Reproduction Steps
- Start a server with the Residence plugin and CreateMod
- Create a residence with the plugin
- Place a block (such as Creative Motor)
- Use another account (has no permission to destroy blocks in the residence) destroy the block with wrench
- You get infinity items!!
Expected Result
Nothing happened because the player has no permission to destroy blocks in the residence
