Banners and shields with banners on them turn white when Shaders are on.

Describe the Bug
After a few seconds of being in a newly generated world. Oculus/Rubidium will start spamming draw calls, and spitting out the error 'OpenGL debug message, id=1282, source=API, type=ERROR, severity=HIGH, message=GL_INVALID_OPERATION error generated. No active program.'. Exactly when that happens, all banners and shields with banners on them will turn white, but only when Shaders are on.
I know it's happening because the base texture is overlaying on top of all of the patterns. They will flicker when I'm farther away (About 30 blocks or so), and they appear completely normal when Show Chunk Borders is enabled (F3 + G ingame). And I've narrowed it down to create that's causing it.
Reproduction Steps
- Use Oculus/Rubidium
- Enable Shaders (Any shaders have the same result, but I use Complimentary Reimagined)
- Wait until the number of draw calls (Found near bottom left in F3 menu) goes way up.

I expected them to appear as normal?
