Describe the Suggestion

I suggest that either Mechanical or Clockwork bearings be made into display link targets, allowing them to display percentages, in essence allowing you to make big gauges with them. I think this could be useful both for aesthetic purposes, but also having how full something is or the capacity it's operating at readable from a larger distance.

Preferably you'd also be able to change what two degree rotations it goes between (that is which rotation is 0% and which is 100%)
