Describe the Suggestion

Currently, if another mod wanted to implement the diving helmet's functionality, it would need to copy everything the helmet does, because the current code checks for the diving helmet item specifically. It would be better if this code checked for an item or nbt tag, or something like that, which indicates to it that the equipt item in question should have same functionality as the diving helmet.
With this feature, add-ons or datapacks could easily make a curio like a diving mask which provides air, or a Tinker's Construct helmet ability that provides air from the backtank. (I would especially like that last one to be possible!)
