Describe the Bug

whenever the O2 tank is rendered either dropped or on a player's survival inventory menu it crashes the game

Reproduction Steps

1.get an oxygen tank
2.equip it
3.the crash should have occurred
...

Expected Result

the O2 tank should work like armour and be worn not crash the game whenever it is rendered

Additional Context

i was just testing new features then the bug occurred

Tested, no issues. Item can be worn, thrown, placed, held, etc. I couldn't find any problems (I created a brand new instance with the specified Forge and Create versions)

Please acquire and provide a crash log if you want help with your issue.

Problem was figured out, Create PLUS addon caused this problem, I tested mod by mod, and the game crashed exactly when I installed Create Plus.
