No recipe to smelt crushed silver into silver ingot from silent's gems mod

Describe the Bug
Silver can be crushed from raw silver from silent's gems ore into crushed silver, but there is then no way to make that crushed silver into a silver ingot from silent's gems meaning you are then stuck with just crushed silver with no use
Reproduction Steps
- crush raw silver ore
- try and smelt it
Expected Result
the crushed silver should be able to be smelted into a silver ingot from the silent's gems mod (silentgems:silver_ingot)
