Brass funnel with mechanical arm duplicates items

Describe the Bug
When outputting buckets from a basin to a depot using a brass funnel with bucket filter, they end up getting duplicated when using a mechanical arm to move them.
Reproduction Steps
- Build the contraption shown in the screenshot (mechanical arm takes buckets from depot and puts it on the belt)
- Put 2 in the basin to kick start the reaction (and some wheat in the barrel to get the mixer going)
- Watch as stacks upon stacks of buckets emerge.

Expected Result
Buckets will get duplicated.

Update: The issuse seems to be that a basin with a funnel on it outputs 2 buckets instead of one and is unrelated to the mechanical arm.
