Describe the Bug
Hello, when placing any belt (moving or still) it won't load (as shown in picture)
I need to disconnect and reconnect for it to load properly
I am using a modpack
Nothing is showing up in the server console
Reproduction Steps
1.Take Mechanical Belt
2.Place two shaft
3.Connect belt between the 2 shafts
