Describe the Bug

Item Vault does not properly store items in the Nether while in Overworld. Interestingly, if you have a funnel going into a normal chest, the items will store (in the chest), but once the chest is full, items still do not store in the item vault.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create portal-based iron farm with collection in Nether.
2. Create Item Vault storage for Nether collection.
3. Allow farm to work for awhile, then check amount in vault.
   ...

Expected Result

Massive Iron quantities from classic iron farm stored in item vault.
