Grass block's texture glitches out whenever I put a create block on it.

Describe the Bug
So I put a Encased fan on a block of grass in creative and the texture glitched out. It shows all of the textures in the game. Including the create mod.
Reproduction Steps
- Open a world.
- Place a block (encased fan, sticky mechanical piston, blaze burner, clock, etc) on a grass block.
- Watch what happens.

I thought it was gonna be normal like always but I guess no
