Mechanical Saws don't chop down trees if the tree grew while a contraption was on the same block

Describe the Bug
If you have a rotating tree farm using deployers, a mechanical bearing, and saws, it can break if a sapling grows at the same time that the machine is rotating over the block. The machine will just go through the tree and not break it, meaning you have to break it manually. It will not break it after another rotation- the only way to destroy the tree is manually.
Reproduction Steps
- Create a rotating tree farm
- Bonemeal a sapling/let a sapling grow while the machine is on the same block
- The machine will not break the tree down
...
Expected Result
The saws should destroy the tree, and the deployers should plant back another sapling.
