Describe the Suggestion

Currently our server runs Create and BetterEnd and BetterNether and while normal blocks are completely minable, the added types of ore blocks only drop XP and not the ore and some other blocks like crystals and such drop nothing (manual mining drops "shard" items that don't show up using the miner I built.)

Also currently it's possible to enchant a mining drill but once you place the drill the enchants disappear and would be nice to have some sort of way to "silk touch" items like grass and nether/end soils and ore blocks (if you want them instead of the raw ores.)

(Some of this may already be intended to work and isn't?)
