Describe the Bug

Hello,
When Hooks from Butcher delight are part of a moving contraption they simply disapear, it seems to be more likely to happens with specific contraption design

Reproduction Steps

1. Build a moving/rotating contraption, and place hooks in it (they require a solid block above)
2. Activate the contraption
3. make it turn back into blocks, the hook should have vanished

The video attached show an easy contraption to test on

Expected Result

The hook shouldn't vanished, and it doesn't seems to be the lack of block above them, as in that case they should drop

I had it happening with gantry and minecart too, but I couldn't get it to always happen, it seems dependent on the contraption you made, so the linked video is a good reproductible exemble
