Describe the Bug

Cannot create a world using my own mod pack, checked the log and find that it may be the cause of create.

Reproduction Steps

1. open the game with mods
2. create a world
3. java.lang.IllegalStateException: Can't modify the empty stack.

Expected Result

Happyly play create
