Describe the Bug

When I pull a lever on the encased fan ( I alr have magma block/ "energy" source underneath) it just doesn't start
If I watch tutorials for stuff then the creators always just pull the level and it starts working
Any ideas? I might just be dumb idrk

Reproduction Steps

1.Magma block on the floor
2.Encased fan ontop
3.Put on the level
4.Pull it
5. If I do that then it just doesn't start working

Expected Result

I wanted it to start spinning but it just stays still

Since version 0.5 the fan can no longer generate power

can we have that re enabled?

At least https://github.com/Creators-of-Create/Create/wiki/Encased-Fan should be updated
