Schematic max size not updating

Describe the Bug
The schematic table dosent let me add a large schematic even after increasing the max size to more than enough
Reproduction Steps
- make a large schematig (> 256 kb)
- increase max size in config
- it still wont let me upload it
...
Expected Result
it lets me use it after i up the size
