Describe the Suggestion

Pretty simple, why not let diagonal belts be made when the shafts are upright? This would be great for transferring power in novel ways. I was surprised to find out it wasn't already possible when I went to try it, even. It feels like a weird inconsistency in a mod which is otherwise extremely consistent in its mechanics.

Additionally, being able to place Rotation Speed Controllers upside-down or sideways would be incredibly useful, and I don't see why it wouldn't work.
